Bypass requested by Joseph Adegun for leak checking CSB. CSB was opened for a job to address HV trips during operation. Leak check is being done after closing up CSB to ensure CSB can achieve good vacuum.

RIB Ops Defeat/Disable board.
Bypass applied in EPICS Bypass/Force application. Device is located in Mass Separator Room. Part of the backing line for CSB.

No alternate protection but this bypass has no safety issue for personal.
