As I was opening the ISAC-II accelerator vault door I heard something that sounded like something fell. I ran around to check the track and saw that a piece of wood had fallen, so I ran back and pushed the 'stop' button. The piece of wood must have been leaning against the sliding door, and when it started to move it fell, by the time I pressed the 'stop' button, the wood had just became lodged between the door and the wall. It doesn't look like it's lodged tight enough to cause damage, but it is lodged enough that I can't pull it out by hand. I tried to re-close the door so I could pull it out, but the door wouldn't respond to the 'close' command. I removed the key that controls the power to the door so that it couldn't be 'opened' anymore, and reached out to T. Kauss. We looked at it locally and he said that he will try to get it out tomorrow. Submitting as a disable so that the location of the 'East Shield Door Switch' key is documented, it is in the RIB lock box.
