As explained by Carla Babcock, Water Flow trips are being caused by High Voltage sparks, not actual water flow.

Interlock Verification Method:
2A3BD WFS1, 2A3DSP WFS2, 2A3TANK WFS1, 2A3W1 WFS1, 2A3COL WFS1 jumpers removed. Can be re-pinned as required if trips become an issue again if requested by Carla/Friedhelm.

ISAC electrical room Rack 5B. Protect pins 2, 4, 13 and Dump side pins 1 and 7 un-jumpered. Confirmed signals no longer defeated on XTpages 2A3P and 2A3D. Hopefully target conditioning has reduced sparking to the point where flow switch trips are no longer an issue or controls can implement a work around.

Short term solution involving a Controls initiated time delay on the trip signal will be implemented so that the defeats may be removed.
