BL1U commissioning up to 40uA with 100uA extracted. Elevated BSM 55 and 56 values when kicking causing audible warning and occasional trip. New operational levels need to be determined after 1U testing completed.

Rack A BSM #55 and 56 pinned. BSM#55 working level set to "101" from 25 (aka: not in use) to stop audible alarms.

Describe Alternate Protection:
BSMs plotted in DCR, watching during UCN is kicking. Defeat of BSM #55 and 56 approved by RSO via email on OCT 9, 2024 for duration of UCN tests, until Jan 2025.
