Poor ISIS vacuum trips machine on ISIS beam loss, pumping required to maintain beam delivery. Cryo 165 cold head above trip threshold auto closing gate valve.

Describe Alternate Protection:
Manually close gate valve if vacuum degrades too far in ISIS beamline due to cryopump out gassing. Strips running on CYCCON09 next to supervisor station.

Interlock Verification Method:
Confirmed with Tim. S. that bypass was removed and interlock is ok. Note that he commented that if the temperature is steadily at the trip threshold (not warming up), it is ok to reimplement this bypass but that we will need to manually watch the temperatures and close the GV if the cryopump starts to warm up.
