B2A:IG3 Force ON removed from BL2A EPICS. 2023 production period is over and beamline system maintenance will occur over shutdown. This defeat is no longer required.

Missed verification step from above: B2A:IG3 is no longer 'Yellow' in B2A Vacuum EPICS page, which indicates that it's status is normal and no longer in the 'Force' state.
