Reason for Defeat:
Cryo 165 cold head above trip threshold auto closing gate valve. Cryo effectively pumping on the beamline despite being over temperature interlock value improving vacuum from 9e-7T to 3e-7T on IG155.

This cryopump has been stubborn for ISIS personnel. Despite their best efforts continues to act up. Last time it was given some gas load for a few hours, the cold head cooled off and the interlock cleared.
