Losses reading up to -10uA after vacuum improvements in ISIS. IB 461 trip threshold (ISIS beamloss) lowered from nominal of 20uA to 10uA at request of Yuri Bylinsky as a precautionary measure until losses can be recalibrated.

Trip occurs at 10uA. If running conditions require it, OPS can increase this value back up to 20uA. Defeat done as precautionary measure with negative beam loss seen.
