Reason for Defeat:
Two radiation monitors (ARIEL Neutron Monitor #6 and ARIEL Gamma Monitor #6) were physically removed to allow for 284' level shielding blocks to be removed (for BL4N work).

How Was Defeat Implemented?
Where is Defeat Located?:
Defeat implemented by Kevin Ardron through the RMS program on the safety system console. Counts, WARN and TRIP alarms were all defeated. The defeated RMS devices were physically removed from their location at the 284' level entrance to the E-Hall.

Describe Alternate Protection:
Ignition key is locked out under Disable 2024-142. So radiation sources (beam and RF) can't be turned on. Limit switch for 284' level door also removed, so can't secure the E-Hall.
