Reason for Defeat:
Field emission from EINJ and EACA RF is causing very high readings and trips from EMBD:LIC2. BLM team gave the okay to increase the trip threshold by 10 pC (from 75 pC to 85 pC).

How Was Defeat Implemented?
Where is Defeat Located?:
Controls changed the code in the MPS 01 IOC for the Settings OK threshold for EMBD:LIC2. This means the Settings OK interlock in the EGUN:BIAS and MPS FSD will be OK for the new trip threshold.

Describe Alternate Protection:
BLM will still trip, just at a higher threshold.
