Reason for Defeat:
Testing Oxygen Monitor #3 (OM3) of the Oxygen Deficiency Monitoring System (ODMS). These tests will cause ELNS:SV01 to close, but cryogenics system is running. So bypassing interlock to keep SV01 open during the test.
