After various tests it has been determined that the TK HV not ok machine protects have been comping from the LESW backup spill monitor HV, not from the normal TK spill monitor HV. We do not use the backup monitor so OK to leave it defeated.
Defeat was originally filed by A shift supervisor in 1998 (signature is not legible - KG, Nov. 4, 2020)
