Water leak on 2024-04-23 from RFB coupling loop. Valves found open but disable still active. To isolate leak, RFB coupling loop supply and return both closed again. Disable remains active.

2 Disable tags removed from RFB Coupling Loop supply & return water lines in lower vault at pillar 5. Water leak noted by EC earlier today has been repaired with the supply and return lines opened by RF Group. Repairs to Tx line still ongoing. Disable remains active and valid.
