BLM Argon flow is defeated due to a noisy flow read-back (Defeat 2024-461). This defeat is only permitted because beam can not be accelerated (argon needed for BLMs above low energy section) due to the cryogenics system being down. To prevent accelerating beam with this defeat in place, one of the EINJ KPS keys will be removed and locked out until the defeat is removed (after confirming argon flow signal is OK). |

Key was removed from EINJ KPS grounding mechanism. Which prevents it from turning on and thus accelerating beam. |
