T1 target flows running a bit low despite MRO over maintenance. Warning and trip limits lowered ~10% to avoid nuisance trips/messages. OK'd with Adam Newsome.

BL1A epics thresholds page. BL1A:T1CS:FCTGT warning lowered from 3.0 to 2.7 gpm, trip lowered from 2.8 to 2.5 gpm.

Trip and warning will still occur, just at lower values than nominal. Adam will still watch the flow rates over the next little while.

Earlier issues with flow rate may have been due to failing T1 coupler, preventing proper alignment of T1 on the ladder. Indexing and positions verified with controls.

Warning decreased to 2.5 gpm. Trip decreased to 2.3 gpm. Approved by A. Newsome.

In discussion with Albert Kong and approved by Adam Newsome, the thresholds have been further relaxed. Also the warnings have been set to No Ack Transients, to alleviate nuisance alarms.
Nominal settings; HI trip: 6.5gpm, Hi warn: 6.0gpm, Lo warn: 3.0gpm, Lo trip: 2.8gpm
Approved and implemented settings: HI trip: 12.0gpm, Hi warn: 6.0gpm, Lo warn: 2.3gpm, Lo trip: 2.0gpm
