Reason for Defeat:
Required for tuning EINJ/EACA 80K shield cooling. When the LN2 supply valve feedback was changed to better control coupler temperature (from TS02 to EINJ:TS21 for example), this meant that TS02 and 03 could rise above "OK" temps as they would drift more. This would trip the helium supply valve (EHCD:FPV04 and 06). Ideally in the future, we will change the set-point of the OK Temp signal. Note this force was implemented on 2020-07-30.
