1-Cork board at back of DCR. 1-On lockout locally at target ladder. 1-On key in DCR lockout box. |
Controls cable to DarkLight target ladder motor was disconnected and placed in a lockbox. Clamp was attached to target slide rail to prevent it from moving in. |
| Confirmed that the motor could not drive the targets in with the clamp in place. Then disconnected the motor control cable and confirmed the motor couldn't be powered. |
